Why the Shop Works the Way It Does
Auto Repair Georgetown started from a simple frustration that many drivers share: walking out of a shop with a large bill and no clear idea of what was wrong. We decided early that nobody would leave here that way.
So the work is organized around explanation. A vehicle comes in, the fault is tested until it is confirmed, and the person who did the testing calls you with what they found. You hear what failed, why, what it costs to fix and what can safely wait. Nothing is replaced until you agree to it.
That approach applies to a ten-year-old commuter, a family SUV and a diesel pickup alike. Mountain driving is hard on all of them, and every owner deserves the same straight answer.
